Terms and Conditions

MEMBER BENEFITS (SPONSORSHIP)

For every riding club that has an entry in the database and is affiliated with an Association (at State or National level) we will pay back to the Association a flat rate of $20 per annum, per club. This money is required to go towards sponsoring an event or events at the State/National Show for the Association. If there isn’t a State or National Show, this money must go towards a scholarship program to promote growth through learning. Scholarship criteria are to be developed by each individual association and must be approved by HnH.

For every club, that has members advertising their products or services on the database we will pay back to the Club, $20 per sign up, and then $10 per annually per member (not amount of listings). Also, every time members of a club listen to a “paid” HnH teleseminar, the club will be paid $2.00 per person per call. This money will be paid back to the club on a quarterly basis (over a minimum amount). As above, the money is required to go towards sponsoring an event/s hosted by the club. If the club does not hold any type of competitive events to raise money towards running their club, the money is required to go towards a scholarship.

Clubs have the capacity to generate income via this method up to 5 times per year (annual fees for listing on the database and quarterly fees for members listening to Teleseminars) They can distribute the income through sponsorship of events and scholarships. Criteria to be developed by individual clubs, and approved by HnH. Money will not go towards buying equipment, unless it can be proved to be of educational value. eg books, DVD's or CD's.

AFFILIATE (commission) PROGRAM

As an affiliate with HnH you can earn commission by influencing others to list in this great directory. To become an affiliate, you simply must have your own product or service registered on the directory. Then anytime after this when you recommend our Equine Directory to a friend, colleague or business, and they commit financially to listing on our directory, we will pay a commission.

This program is set up so effectively, that if you simply recommend 10 of your own clients, the commission this generates will offset the cost of you registering your business, product or service with us. Therefore if you want to know more, contact us directly via email on info@h-n-h.com.au.

H"n"H TELESEMINARS

A Teleseminar is a conference call that can host a large number of people on the telephone and web at the same time, on the same call. People can dial into a number, and listen to the call on their telephone, or they can connect to a web address and listen to the session via their computer.

Teleseminars have the ability to facilitate a number of services, including but not limited to:-

Bringing a Horse Specialists to your lounge room, in an interactive session which gives you the ability to ask experts questions and listen in to their response, or simply listen in to the pre-determined topic. If you can't listen in, you can then download the recording after the event.
State and National Boards of Clubs & Associations can hold meetings either directly with the executive, or invite membership participation, all without leaving the comfort of your home. As part of the service you can choose to have the recorded version and the scripted copy.
National & State Clubs and Associations can run judges exam and/or refresher days.
Prospective Board members of Clubs or Associations can invite members to listen into an interactive session where they can answer questions in relation to why they would be a great candidate on the board.
Clubs and Associations can communicate directly with their membership about any topical issues requiring a prompt resolution, or the ability to "vote"

DIRECTORY ADVERTISING RATES:

Our annual fee per year is $200 + GST. This is inclusive from 1st December to 30th November each calendar year. Our current promotion is if you sign now, you will get a listing immediately up to November 2009 at no extra charge. Joining any time after the 1st December, the fee will be the same, as all members are invoiced at the same time each year.

If you have a Product or Service which is registered on the database under a number of different search criteria's e.g You have a Horse Stud, and are Horse Trainer or Riding Coach, you will pay $200 for your first listing, $150 for your second and $100 each for your third and thereafter.

Using the same example above, if each of the criteria are under separate business names you will be charged the flat rate of $200 per annum for each listing.

PROMOTIONS PAGE ADVERTISING RATES:

All members listed on the HnH Database will be given the opportunity of testing or promoting any of their products and services throughout the year to the Equine Industry. Cost is:- $100 per month. or $250 per quarter. Promotion information required will be as follows:

Name of Product or Service
Name of the Organisation or business promoting the product or service
Contact Details, i.e phone, email and website
Target Market
Duration of the Promotion
Price
Info on the Product/Service (limited to 10 lines) e.g description or photo of product or service and how long people can assess/purchase it for.

TELESEMINAR RATES:

Will be dependant on the service required, duration of the seminar, technology for the call, scripting services etc. Minimum $300 - $500 Maximum plus GST per seminar. Clubs and Associations can then choose to charge members, or offer the service for free.
